Manhunt the biggest in Victoria for eight years

The three-day manhunt for gunman Stanley Turvey spanned northern and north-east Victoria and southern NSW, has ended.
On Wednesday at Ardmona, Special Operations Group police confronted Mr Turvey, who was allegedly armed.
Subsequently, SOG shot him. First aid was provided and paramedics declared him dead at the scene.

Seymour’s Jack O’Sullivan became the newest dual medallist of the league’s top individual gong.
The star on-baller finished the heart-racing vote count on 28 votes.
Top-five include Rochester Mitch Cricelli (21 votes), Echuca Sam Reid (20) and Cricelli’s Joe Atley (16).
