Dalton’s votes continue to climb

Counting continues in the NSW election and it is only more good news for re-elected Member for Murray Helen Dalton.
As of 9am Tuesday, 46,422 formal votes of a possible 59,138 have been counted in Murray.
Mrs Dalton has polled 23,555 first preference votes or 50.74 per cent.

Walk of Witness on Good Friday

Representatives from 11 Echuca-Moama churches will combine for the annual Walk of Witness on Good Friday.
A parade will depart from the Uniting church Echuca, passing other churches and finishing back at the Uniting church.
The parade is open to all members of the public who would like to participate and will start at 10.30am.

Picola United sits top of the Picola and District senior football ladder after the opening round.
The Blues started their 2023 campaign with a 135-point defeat of Yarroweyah at Yarroweyah on Saturday.
The match marked the return to senior football for the Hoppers, who were behind the ball from the get-go.
