Walsh: Premier shoots down another Victorian duck hunting season

State Member for Murray Plains Peter Walsh criticised State Government for its shortened duck hunting season decision.
Mr Walsh said the government had abandoned its commitments in its Sustainable Hunting Action Plan 1 and SHAP 2.
He said a full-length season was recommended based on harvest modelling.

The 924 deaths account for more than a third of all drownings in Australia during that time.
