An upper house motion to establish the inquiry passed unopposed on Wednesday morning
The parliamentary inquiry will have a statewide focus and assess surrounding catchments and floodplains in the region.

The bucking bulls of the Ringers Western ‘The Signature Bull’ Echuca Pro Rodeo will take place on Friday.
The rodeo will start at 4pm with the junior rodeo competitors kicking things off, before the ‘CowKids hour’ at 5.30pm.
The main event starts at 7pm, featuring the bucking bulls and horses and roping events and barrel racing

Time ticking to have a say on Meninya St project

A 3D animation video of Meninya Street Moama has been released showing what it will look like once works are complete.
The project is aiming to turn the heart of Moama to increase economic investment and support a night-time economy.
There is one week left for the community to have its say on the video.
