Shepparton man drove ‘as dangerous as possible’ in police chase

- A man has been jailed after driving unlicensed in a stolen car under the influence of ice and ramming into cars.
- Ian Patrick Jackson, 33, of Shepparton was sentenced to three years in jail with a non-parole period of 16 months.
- Judge Scott Johns described Jackson’s driving on May 12, 2021, as “simply outrageous”.

Shepparton, Seymour train timetables to be impacted by heat

- V/Line said a full extreme heat timetable would be in place on Thursday, February 16 on several train lines.
