Shepparton Private Hospital reaches target to save single-use plastics from landfill
- Shepparton Private Hospital has saved almost 310,000 items of single-use plastic from going to landfill.
- This is out of Ramsay Health Care’s total of 50 million items that have been saved from landfill.
- Ramsay Health Care swapped out 25 million single-use plastics in 2021-22, they aimed to double that by end of 2022.

Trains to be replaced by buses on Shepparton line over the weekend
- Trains on the Shepparton line to Melbourne's Southern Cross Station will be replaced by coaches for a short period.
- The changes will take place from Saturday, February 11 until Tuesday, February 14.
- The statewide railway disruptions are primarily due to work currently taking place on various transportation projects.

More mental health support to arrive in Shepparton this year
- The Victorian Government has called on providers to deliver the next round of Mental Health and Wellbeing Local hubs.
- These hubs are facilities similar to headspace, but for people aged 26 and up.
- Shepparton's Mental Health and Wellbeing Local hub will be opening by end of the year.
