Poll finds 80% of First Nations people back Voice to Parliament

Moama Beach officially closed until further notice

  • Murray River Council (MRC) have closed Moama Beach following extensive damage caused by the October 2022 flood event.
  • Exposed electrical services, falling trees and silt deposition are just some of the dangers the flood has caused.
  • Council approved a budget realignment of up to $90,000 to allow a staged reopening. It's forecast to reopen March 13.
