This year marks a decade since Darrell and Melanie Bowden vv joined the David Reid Homes group, beginning a new chapter for the established local building business they had grown together.

By 2015, D&M Bowden Construction had already spent more than a decade building throughout the region. The decision to join David Reid Homes was about taking that experience further, while continuing to provide the local service and personal approach that had become central to the business.

For Darrell and Melanie, the partnership offered the opportunity to combine their local knowledge and boutique custom building experience with the systems, support and buying power of a national group.

It was, as they described at the time, an opportunity to offer clients “the best of both worlds.”

Ten years on, that partnership remains an important part of the D&M Bowden Construction story.

Darrell and Melanie continue to work closely within the business, with their family-oriented approach remaining central to the way they work with clients. Listening carefully, maintaining communication throughout the build and being available when clients need them are all part of the experience they aim to provide.

The David Reid Homes group has also provided access to established industry partnerships and suppliers, supporting the team as they continue to deliver boutique custom homes throughout the Goulburn Valley and Southern Riverina.

Over the past decade, the business has continued to grow its portfolio across residential, renovation and commercial projects, while maintaining the local relationships that have been part of its foundations for 25 years.

For Darrell and Melanie, 10 years with David Reid Homes is more than an anniversary. It represents a decade of growth, partnership and continued commitment to building well.

With 25 years of business behind them and a decade with David Reid Homes now complete, D&M Bowden Construction continues to look forward to what comes next, proudly local, boutique in approach and built on experience.
