• A community information noticed has been issued for a small bushfire in Greater Shepparton.
• Up to 10 vehicles are currently responding to a bushfire on Rumbalara Rd, Mooroopna, which is not yet under control.
• It is classed as small on the Vic Emergency app and has been burning for around an hour on Monday, November 4.

Murder charge

• A Mooroopna man has been charged with murder after the death of a man in Echuca on Saturday, November 2.
• Aaron James Hare, 30, of Mooroopna appeared in Bendigo Magistrates’ Court on Monday charged with murder.
• Mr Hare will next appear in court in May next year.
