On September 13 the Rennie Hoppers hosted their senior presentation night at ClubMulwala and what a night of celebrations it was.

Thank you to ClubMulwala for hosting this fantastic night and to the social committee for putting in the time and effort to decorate and make the night so special.

The senior presentation highlighted the senior players who have worked hard this year and showcased the many talented players Rennie have at the club.

As the formalities finished up, the seniors then got to dance the night away for the last official club function and it was great to celebrate the year that was in 2024.

The juniors also celebrated their presentation day recently with the junior players who have worked hard all year celebrated as the club look forward to what 2025 has to bring.

The Michael Sandral Memorial Award for the RFNC Club Person of the year went to Kym Rhodes. Kym exemplifies the core values of this award, care, quiet achievement and dedication and is an amazing and worthy winner.

The netball Club Person of the Year went to Celine Collins-Bye who also exemplifies the values of the award and the Rennie Netball Club.

In closing out the year, special mention was made to the Thursday night bus drivers, the catering committee, the team managers, the goal umpires, timekeepers and interchange stewards, boundary umpires and those people that just do things without question or complaint who form the nucleus of the green and white.

Special thanks to the amazing volunteers on grand final day in catering, bar, parking, grounds, scoreboard and clean up as well as the support of Redback Waste, Yarrawonga Swimming Club, Yarrawonga Canoeing Club, Yarrawonga Tennis Club, Godfathers, Sacred Heart Primary, Matt Judd, Steve Coghill, Premix King Yarrawonga, Lake Mulwala Bakery, Sun Country Foods, Mulwala Water Ski Club and Woods Bus Lines.
