Teenager dies after alleged hit-and-run

The teenager who was allegedly hit by a vehicle in Benalla earlier this month has died.
Dylan Norman, 23, successfully applied for bail in Shepparton Magistrates’ Court last week.
Charges include failing to stop, failing to render assistance, and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
