- Rochester Ward Cr Paul Jarman has acknowledged the passing of former Campaspe shire councillor Frank Oliver.
- “Frank was the Rochester Ward councillor for Campaspe Shire Council for four years from 2008 to 2012,” Cr Jarman said.
