Surprise visit from winning trotter
- Retired trotter Waikare Aristocrat surprised residents at Bupa Aged Care in Echuca on Tuesday, February 21.
- Rochester Community House partnered with Rochester and Elmore District Health Service to run the activity.
- Waikare Aristocrat was a 15-time winner, earning almost $125,000 on the track prior to his retirement in 2015.

Community to clean up Echuca this weekend
- For Clean Up Australia Day St Mary's Parish members will be out picking up litter around Echuca.
- About 30 people took part in last year’s clean-up.
- The team will be cleaning up near the information centre on Sunday, March 5, between 9am and noon.
