Two police cars rammed in Shepparton

Two police cars were allegedly rammed in Shepparton in separate incidents on Thursday, January 12.
The police cars activated their lights and sirens as they attempted to intercept a black Holden Statesman sedan.
The driver failed to pull over and drove head-on into the unmarked police car on Victoria St before driving away.

More than 2500 sign petition to fix Barmah-Shepparton Rd

Residents have signed a petition urging Victorian Minister for Roads and Road Safety to fix the roads in the region.
This comes after the death of motorcyclist Jaye Munn who hit a pothole whilst on the road, causing an accident.
Workmen have started undertaking repairs with temporary traffic lights installed in the meantime.

Garang Kuol joins Hearts of Midlothian on loan; Alou nominated for Puskas

Shepparton’s Garang Kuol has been loaned out from Newcastle FC to Scottish club Hearts for the rest of the season,
He will join World Cup squad teammates Kyle Rowles, Nathaniel Atkinson and Cammy Devlin, at the Edinborough-based club
Garang's older brother, Alou has also been nominated for FIFA’s Puskas award.
