Howley spent the first 10 years of his career as a horse trainer at Macedon Lodge.
Howley said he expected the shift to Macedon Lodge to be completed by late March to early April.

A woman has been left scared to walk on her own after a man tried to make her get into his car.
The incident took place on New Years Day on a Shepparton street.
