Shepparton soccer sensation Garang Kuol said farewell to the A-League on Saturday night, playing his last game.
He has said goodbye to the Central Coast Mariners, heading to the UK on a deal with Newcastle United.
“I think I'll just focus more on trying to make (my family) proud, so I'll just do my job.”

Body found after search for missing swimmer at Eildon

A man’s body has been found in Lake Eildon.
Police believe the body is that of a 34-year-old swimmer who appeared to run into difficulty before disappearing.
That incident happened at the lake about 4.30pm on New Year's Day.

Victorian road toll rises in 2022

A total of 240 people died on Victorian roads, an increase from 233 in 2021.
