Squire has garnered a reputation as one of the region’s best, winning six consecutive senior best-and-fairests.
A major coup for the club, Road coach Kevin O’Donoghue said he was delighted to welcome Squire back to Memorial Park.

Toolamba’s Junction Hotel a haven in time of floods

Junction Hotel owner Emmersyn Rea says it was a herculean effort by all to keep the Toolamba pub alive.
The pub, like the rest of Toolamba, was surrounded by flood waters last week.
The pub became a home away from home for the community as the water rose.

Tatura and District Historical Society World War II Collection saved

Tatura and District Historical Society will receive $40,000 to undertake conservation and restoration works.
Fifteen high-risk items in its ‘Tatura World War II Interment & POW Camps Collection’, will be looked after.
These items include books, wool and other important textile objects.
